Over the last two decades, Ole has managed HMO properties as a landlord and understands all the challenges, complexities, and benefits of being a landlord. Hence, he has set out to help agents and landlords optimise their portfolios and businesses and live the lives they want.
Ole believes in building great partnerships that benefit all parties, maintaining excellent properties, and offering tenants outstanding service and homes.
Since the age of 19, Ole has worked on the front lines of the service industry, engaging with people in service, sales, account management, and marketing.
Good 40 years later, he is on a mission to exploit his property experience and solid business experience to serve letting agents, landlords, and tenants.
Throughout his career, Ole has always valued his professional and personal development, which has enabled him to ‘help yourself to help others’.
He holds a Business Science Degree, MBA certifications, and, specifically related to property, a Prince 2 Agile Project Management certification, as well as two property Master Mind certifications (PIN Master Mind & HMO Success Master Mind).
Ole has a profound passion for engaging with people and understanding how to serve, supported by his training as a Life Coach and Acceptance Action Therapy Coach. He also surrounds himself with his children and a big family.
